Verego hosted an interactive webinar with a range of expert speakers, live from SPLC’s 2019 Summit, on May 20th. We explored the behaviors of Suppliers and Buyers in supporting a Circular Economy and provided an online supplier platform demonstration.
The webinar examined factors closely affecting suppliers, such as closed loop and take-back mechanisms, measuring supply chain impacts and design and financing of circular economies. We also looked at characteristics affecting buyer behavior such as total life cost, asset sharing, longer term contracts and flexible service.
The featured speakers from the webinar include Brian O’Kennedy, Associate Director of Verego with 25 years of supply chain and circular economy experience, and Dr. Leigh Holloway, CEO of Eco3 Design Ltd who is also an expert in lifecycle design and carbon foot-printing.
Gyles Scott-Hayward of Greenstone also provided a detailed overview of our online platform solution for supplier management, metric tracking and reporting, and audit validation.
